The association fulfils the statutory requirements determined by the Potsdam tax office according to §§ 51, 59, 60 and 61 AO. Based on our statutes, we promote science and research (§ 52 para. 2 sentence 1 no.(n) 1 AO) , monument protection and care (§ 52 para. 2 sentence 1 no.(n) 6 AO). As a recognised non-profit association, we are entitled to issue you a donation receipt for the tax office. For this we need your address.

Please note that by decision of the association's board of directors of 15.09.2022, all donations without explicit indication of a purpose will be collected for concerns of monument protection and care (§ 52 Abs. 2 Satz 1 Nr.(n) 6 AO).
